Live Webcasting Services in Asia.

ICV was in Shanghai, China for the Asian Pharma Congress
September 11 - 13, 2012

We flew crew and gear over there while the developers worked here at the ICV studios to build out the custom e-commerce media portal for streaming the webcast live. Working with the client's training department, Certification training tools and coursework on Pharmaceutical Compliance in a global environment was built within a fully custom LMS (Learning Management System) by ICV's web developers.

 The Video player we used is a customized interface which allows for synchronized PowerPoint slides ALONGSIDE, not juast instead of, the streaming Video. 
Live chat, Polling,  and social contact to Facebook and Twitter all were available for paid users as the event streaming Globally for 3 days.

 Getting gear into China is always an adventure. We have been through this drill before. THis time things were a little different. We were required to pay an "Insurance" fee to allow our Panasonic HPX3100 High Definition cameras into the the country.  I won't editorialize as to why this happens..

 Once we were done with the event, we brought the camera back and they returned out cash..

 The country and the people are wonderful. We enjoyed excellent food and the web, IT and service people we worked with at the venue; The Intercontinental Shanghai Pudong Hotel in Shanghai, China were top notch.

 The client enjoyed excellent results with the online sales as well as selling the access to the archived presentations within the custom media portal website we develop.

Live Webcasting Streaming Services ICV is producing another in a series of Live Webcasts for eBay and PayPal in San Jose  this week. CTIA Wireless webcast

ICV Live Webcasts for CTIA.ORG ICV Webcasting crews shot in Orlando Florida at the International CTIA Wireless Convention. We streamed Live HD webcasts to the C TIA website . We directed, shot and edited onsite interviews using multiple Quad Core iMacs running Final Cut Pro on the show floor. Posting more then 10 videos daily.
